Responsibilities
Establish and lead the HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection engineering team
Manage and mentor up to 4 junior engineers
Develop and oversee technical deliverables, including construction drawings and specifications
Coordinate with clients regarding project requirements, timelines, and progress
Work with regulatory agencies to understand permitting requirements and submit documentation for approval
Attending and documenting project meetings
Conducting site visits and inspections
Reviewing shop drawings
Assisting with change orders, closeout documents, and other construction documentation
Perform onsite construction observation and inspections as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (ABET-accredited)
6+ years of relevant experience
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
Revit experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated leadership style
Preferred
Healthcare engineering experience
AHCA experience
2+ years of healthcare design experience
