Responsibilities
Lead projects from schematic design through construction administration, with direct exposure to clients, consultants, and contractors
Drive design development, technical detailing, and material strategies for high-end residential and ground-up work
Coordinate consultant teams and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Contribute to the studio’s real estate development efforts, gaining insight into feasibility, entitlements, and project economics (for candidates interested in the development side of practice)
Qualification
Required
Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
3–7 years of experience, including at least 1 year in a project leadership role
Demonstrated experience with high-end residential and ground-up construction (townhouses and custom homes strongly preferred)
Strong command of design development, technical detailing, and construction documentation
Highly developed skills in client communication, consultant coordination, and contract administration
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
Deep understanding of materials, construction systems, and building methodologies
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining design and technical rigor
Preferred
Interest in or experience with real estate development is a strong plus
