Responsibilities
Manage and reconcile cash receipts across 8-10 payment platforms
Accurately record vendor and consultant invoices in a timely manner
Prepare and issue customer invoices across multiple departments using Salesforce data
Prepare and post monthly journal entries; perform bank and account reconciliations
Produce weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and year-end financial reports
Perform balance sheet account analyses and reconciliations
Maintain and update internal trend reporting and databases
Support ad hoc accounting projects and process improvements
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of professional accounting experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required)
Preferred
CPA preferred but not required
Strong understanding of GAAP and revenue recognition
Advanced Excel and QuickBooks proficiency
Experience with accruals, deferrals, and prepaid expenses
Experience working with multiple payment platforms
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
High attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism
Collaborative mindset with willingness to mentor and improve processes
