Senior Management Analyst
KeyLogic is a company that provides mission management and systems analysis to customers in the energy and federal sectors. They are seeking a Senior Management Analyst to support the U.S. Department of Energy's Office of Petroleum Reserves by providing management support, assisting in budget planning, and coordinating various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Provides management support to the OPR Chief of Staff in compiling work products, such as briefing books, presentation binders, and other deliverables. Forms rough drafts, notes, or oral instructions; prepares correspondence, meeting notes, forms, and miscellaneous reports. Uses reference sources and ensures proper arrangements, grammatical accuracy, and correct spelling of final documents
Assists in the review, coordination, and incorporation of comments into OPR's annual reports, such as the Long-Term Review of the U.S. Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR); Environmental, Safety and Health; and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), as well as the HGEO Comprehensive Assessment Report
Assists with OPR's budget planning and implementation, and in providing Executive Correspondence actions as related to the Technology Roadmap and Comprehensive Assessment documents review and approval by the Assistant Secretary
Assists in coordinating the collection of major work items for reporting to the HGEO Front Office
Coordinates calendars, including scheduling appointments, speaking engagements, and various official contracts; establishes priorities and reschedules appointments
Arranges executive meetings to include notifying attendees of location, time, and date, including working closely with the HGEO front office staff to ensure coordination and scheduling
Supports administrative functions, such as inputting time and attendance, updating weekly reports, and maintenance of records for these functions. Plans itineraries and schedules for travel
Maintains and tracks correspondence for OPR. Supports the office regarding administrative procedures, office policies, and correspondence practices. Determines the need for additional information and independently secures it. Responsible for ensuring the appropriate style, tone, and format on outgoing correspondence. Assures conformance to established policy and standards and commitments made and reviews for conflict with other statements or information previously released
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
A minimum of 10 years of experience that is relevant and directly related
Knowledge of Federal, DOE, and HGEO
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently, as well as in structured team environment alongside federal and other technical services support contractors
Ability to pass background checks and obtain security clearances (as required by clients)
Preferred
Other relevant professional development courses and training related to the Government, management, and subject matter
