New Grad, Entry LevelCablecraft Motion Controls is seeking a Part-Time Accounts Receivable Collections Coordinator. This position plays a key role in supporting the Company’s cash flow by managing outstanding customer balances, resolving invoicing issues, and maintaining positive client relationships.

Responsibilities
Contact customers regarding outstanding invoices through phone, email, and written communication
Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts in accordance with company policies
Research and resolve billing discrepancies, short payments, and account disputes
Document all collection activities, customer interactions, and resolutions in the accounting system
Collaborate with internal teams (billing, sales, customer service) to address account issues and ensure accurate invoicing
Process customer payments and apply them to accounts when needed
Recommend accounts for escalation, payment plans, or write‑off review when appropriate
Maintain professionalism and positive customer relationships while ensuring timely payment
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in accounts receivable, collections, or general accounting preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong computer and system skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Professional and customer-focused communication style
