Social & Community Management Intern
oakpool is a founder- and employee-owned marketing firm working with mission-driven brands, and they are seeking a Social Media & Community Management Intern to support their account teams. This role involves assisting with social media execution, content planning, and performance tracking across multiple client accounts.

Responsibilities
Support account teams with day-to-day social and community execution across multiple client accounts
Draft and refine social copy, captions, comments, and community responses
Assist with content calendars, publishing workflows, and campaign planning
Monitor engagement, comments, and messages to help maintain active, thoughtful brand presence
Help track performance metrics and surface insights for optimization
Collaborate with strategists, designers, and account leads to keep work moving smoothly and on schedule
Qualification
Required
Strong written communication skills and comfort writing concise, clear copy
High attention to detail and strong organizational habits
Interest in social media, brand building, and online communities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-moving environment
Comfort working collaboratively with a distributed team
Preferred
Familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X)
Prior internship, campus media, or content experience
