Lead Complex, Cross-Functional Programs
Drive planning and execution of multi-year, high-impact Coffeehouse Design, Development and Solutions (Store Development) initiatives, aligning diverse teams and stakeholders to deliver results at scale
Optimize Resources for Maximum Impact
Manage budgets, talent, and timelines across multiple projects to deliver efficient, cost-effective solutions without compromising quality
Champion Agility and Innovation
Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, balancing risk and uncertainty while introducing new ideas that elevate customer experience and operational excellence
Build and Inspire High-Performing Teams while Influencing without Authority
Foster collaboration and inspire teams to achieve program goals, creating a positive, productive environment that reflects Starbucks’ culture and values
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 8 years of experience with the application of industry-based project management methodologies and tools
Minimum of 8 years of experience managing complex large-scale business or information technology projects
Minimum of 8 years of experience building and mentoring teams
Minimum of 6 years of experience mentoring other project managers in program and project management
Minimum of 8 years of general business experience in large, matrixed organizations
Demonstrated agility in dealing with ambiguity associated with working in a fast paced, highly visible, and changing environment
Ability to build strong relationships and engage across differing cultures and societies
Demonstrate abilities as a team player and leader
