Title Administrator
Texas Motor Transportation Consultants (TMTC) is a family-owned company that has been a trusted partner in the transportation industry since 1980. They are seeking a Title Administrator to process vehicle title and registration paperwork, ensure compliance with regulations, and respond to customer inquiries.

Responsibilities
Process vehicle title transfers, corrections, and registrations accurately and efficiently
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Respond to customer inquiries regarding title and licensing processes
Maintain organized and accurate records and documentation
Collaborate with internal teams to meet deadlines and client expectations
Manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Qualification
Required
Experience with title transfers, title corrections, and vehicle registration processes
Knowledge of state and federal compliance requirements, including IRP, UCR filing, and DOT regulations
Strong organizational, record-keeping, and data entry skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a team-based environment
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Experience in transportation, fleet management, or a related field is a plus
Additional administrative or title-related certifications are a plus
