Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison between Product Management and R&D Development teams while providing feedback to refine product roadmaps
Lead and facilitate the Scrum Planning and Review events while participating in Sprint Retrospectives
Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and alignment with business objectives
Translate product strategy into detailed user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria. Serve as a stage gate to assure requirements are ready to be worked on
Continuously refine backlog items based on stakeholder feedback, technical constraints, and evolving market needs to promptly build the right functionality into products
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features
Monitor Sprint team deliverables, ensuring alignment with product goals and timelines
Promote Agile best practices along with the Scrum framework to foster a culture of continuous improvement

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in Agile/Scrum environments
Proven experience working with Product Managers and software development teams
Strong understanding of the Scrum framework and Agile methodologies
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive cultural change while using the Scrum Framework
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (or similar tools) for backlog management, Sprint planning, and reporting
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
Experience working on industrial products, such as manufacturing systems, automation, or hardware-integrated solutions

Preferred

Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification
Experience using Azure DevOps for industrial product development
Experience with welding equipment or welding processes
Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and customer-centric design
