Responsibilities
Provide consultative support, thought leadership, and strategic solutions that protect and grow our client relationships
Manage carrier partnerships and customizing RFPs
Educate clients on leave policies and compliance
Collaborate with internal teams to share best practices and drive bundled client solutions
Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a thought leader in absence management, consulting, account management, and/or claims operations
Strong working knowledge of voluntary benefits, leave and statutory administration, and local, state, and federal mandated leave laws
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience managing carrier relationships and building carrier panels
Ability to customize and analyze client-specific RFPs and prepare proposal summaries
Skilled in educating clients on paid leave policies, statutory plans, and competitive plan design
Proficiency in managing project plans and meeting deadlines
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred
Life & Health license preferred, or the ability to obtain upon hire
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
