Responsibilities
Preparing documents, agreements, and corporate legal materials
Investigating facts and applicable law for specific matters
Supporting legal research projects and assisting with legal operations
Contributing to general legal matters typical of a mid‑sized in‑house law department
Collaborating with attorneys and staff across the legal team
Other legal projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong legal research and writing skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Well organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Current enrollment at an accredited college or university with a graduation date of December 2026 or later
Developing professional knowledge in the area of expertise
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Preferred
Second‑year law student (2L)
Spanish‑speaking student able to support research and communication needs
Ability to quickly learn and contribute to legal and operational projects
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team
Demonstrated initiative and curiosity—especially in an in‑house corporate environment
Passion for producing high‑quality, reliable work
