This role involves liaising between business stakeholders, program teams, and IT to improve access to Long-Term Services and Supports.

Responsibilities
Elicit, document, and analyze complex business and technical requirements
Serve as liaison between business users, IT teams, and external stakeholders
Analyze current business processes and identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
Support solution evaluation including cost/benefit and ROI analysis
Assist with initiatives such as secret shopper evaluations of referral processes
Ensure IT solutions align with program and operational needs
Qualification
Required
8+ years of Business Analysis experience
Strong expertise in requirements elicitation and documentation
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Experience translating raw data into actionable business insights
Proven ability to manage complex initiatives independently
Preferred
Familiarity with health, human services, LTSS, or social services programs
PMP or project management experience is a plus
