Responsibilities
Design, plan, and execute detailed test cases and scripts for AEM, CJA, and AJO workflows
Validate end‑to‑end customer journeys across multiple channels (email, SMS, push, in‑app, web)
Perform functional, regression, and UAT testing for journey configurations and analytics workflows
Collaborate closely with developers and business teams in Agile/Scrum setups
Manage and track test cases using tools like qTest or similar
Perform manual API testing using Postman and validate backend data in MongoDB
Work on AEM author to create and test pages/forms, verify submissions, and content paths
Qualification
Required
Strong hands‑on QA experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Practical experience testing or validating Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) — not just conceptual knowledge
Good understanding of test principles, test plans, regression, sanity, and smoke testing
Experience testing APIs, microservices, and working with datasets or schemas
Excellent communication skills with ability to explain QA processes and test logic clearly
Preferred
Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) concepts
Basic understanding of journey triggering or workflow validation within Adobe tools
