Responsibilities
Partner with the Director of Supply Chain to manage logistics center inventory, fulfill supply chain services, and support strong customer relationships
Serve as the primary contact for distribution centers and transportation providers, resolving real-time customer shipping issues and communicating delays
Investigate shipment complaints, conduct root-cause analysis, and coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners to resolve issues efficiently
Resolve Advance Ship Notice (ASN) failures and shipment visibility issues by working with IT, carriers, and logistics providers
Monitor in-transit product timing from manufacturing plants to distribution centers and produce daily and compliance reporting
Maintain customer logistics requirements, EDI conditions, and carrier routing data across ERP, WMS, and TMS systems
Support Order-to-Cash platform updates, test carrier system changes, investigate chargebacks and claims, and implement logistics compliance processes
Qualification
Required
Intermediate knowledge of data mining and analysis
Intermediate knowledge of logistics processes, inbound and outbound
Intermediate knowledge in MS Office Suite
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management or related field
1-2 years' experience in supply chain performance management
1-2 years' experience with ERP SAP preferred
Warehouse Management Systems/Transportation Management Systems capabilities, preferred
