Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of large, enterprise-level client accounts with multiple locations
Serve as the primary point of contact for all client-related matters, including proposals, sales, services, issue resolution, reporting, and follow-up
Deliver consistent, high-quality service to both internal and external customers
Consult with clients to identify current and future business opportunities
Create, track, and manage sales opportunities using Salesforce and proprietary proposal tools
Collaborate with sales team members to meet annual revenue goals and identify and close upsell opportunities
Support National Account Executives with new large-scale prospects as needed
Initiate new clients and opportunities through established onboarding processes
Coordinate client contracts, negotiations, order management, and reporting
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
Provide regular business updates and performance reports to internal stakeholders and clients
Work with pre-sales teams to develop accurate, competitive customer proposals
Manage customer change orders to maximize approvals while maintaining program margins
Facilitate and manage assigned RFPs in collaboration with the National Account Executive

Required

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems, including Salesforce
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, sales support, or customer service supporting large commercial or enterprise accounts
Demonstrated success in growing customer relationships and revenue
Experience with solution-based selling of products or services
Enterprise account management experience
Strong customer service orientation

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
4–6 years of B2B sales experience with a proven record of success
Industry-specific experience preferred but not required
Service-based selling experience a plus
