They are seeking an Audio Experiences Prototyper to create immersive spatial and perceptual 3D audio experiences, collaborating with scientists and designers to push the boundaries of immersive audio innovation.

Responsibilities
Rapid prototyping of ideas into functional and interactive experiences, which may span software, hardware, and firmware capabilities
Collaboration with research scientists to transform experimental hardware, software, and services into prototype interactive experiences
Implementation support for audio features within multi-modal experience development
Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts
Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc
Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base
Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a highly collaborative, ambiguous environment
Proficiency with Unity 3D or Unreal
Proficiency with C#
Proficiency with Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs), such as Ableton Live, ProTools, or Logic Pro
Bachelor degree in computer science, music & technology, acoustical engineering, or a related field
Preferred
Expert knowledge of Max/MSP
Expert knowledge of MATLAB scripting
Experience adapting and extending existing codebases
Demonstrated basic audio digital signal processing (DSP) experience
