Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via inbound calls, managing account maintenance and complex issue resolution
Collaborate with lead advisors to execute financial strategies and maintain accurate client records
Deliver empathetic, solution-oriented support to enhance client relationship management
Qualification
Required
Direct experience working with Charles Schwab and Fidelity advisor platforms is required
Prior customer-facing or inbound phone experience within the financial services industry
Strong interpersonal communication, a problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to building financial acumen
Preferred
Undergraduate degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Series 65 or Series 7 and 63 licenses are preferred; must be open to obtaining necessary compliance licensing
