Responsibilities
Define and Update Supply Parameters : Define and update the parameters of supply and stock management, including ramp-up and ramp-down, to achieve the target service level while reducing unhealthy stock and express cost
Data Quality and Consistency : Ensure the quality and consistency of key data, such as lead time, quantity, and stocking policy
Resources Balance : Manage the continuous needs/resources balance (MRP) for raw materials, components, sub-assemblies, and finished products
Supplier Collaboration : Work with suppliers to manage customer needs and improve their performance through root cause actions, 8D, and Kaizen events
Large Project Planning/Delivery : Manage planning and delivery for large projects to ensure warehouse availability
Qualification
Required
Have experience in a manufacturing setting
1-3 years in Planning and Procurement
Effective communication, facilitation and strong negotiation skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are required
Ability to plan and organize effectively and has strong decision-making skills
Proficient with using computers and familiar with applications (Q2C, access, excel)
Preferred
Degree preferred, not required. Equivalent experience and skills can be substituted for education
SAP experience is preferred but not required
