Responsibilities
Research, plan, write, and maintain high-quality documentation, including SDS, Process Validations, SW Validations, EHS, EDP and other Process Control Documents
Ability to read and follow test plans, write Protocols and Reports in compliance with QMS procedures and ensure consistency
Attention to Document Formatting, Completion and Language
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, Manufacturing, quality assurance, Testers, and Regulatory to gather information and ensure technical accuracy
Lead content strategy initiatives and define project scopes and timelines, often managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
Synthesize complex technical material into clear, concise, and engaging content for a variety of audiences, from non-technical end-users to software developers
Incorporate visual aids such as diagrams, screenshots, flowcharts, and illustrations to enhance user understanding
Mentor and review the work of other technical writers and staff, providing guidance and ensuring quality and adherence to standards
Qualification
Required
Requires minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
Requires Engineering, or equivalent
Preferred
Ten, or more, years of experience in technical writing
Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with Manufacturing, and other SMEs
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively with Minimal training
Ability to prioritize and execute daily tasks
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
