Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the payments partnership, serving as the primary point of contact for all strategic, operational, and commercial initiatives involving value-added services
Collaborate with internal teams (regional, channel, and product) to translate partnership capabilities into revenue growth and customer value
Monitor and optimize performance against defined KPIs, including scalability, and customer experience
Prepare executive reporting on partnership performance, strategic initiatives, and growth opportunities
Act as a change agent and innovation driver, promoting Client’s drive to the forefront of payment solutions
Foster strong relationships with our payments partner and its partner ecosystem to maintain alignment on goals and priorities
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in Financial Services, with a strong focus on payments and partnership management
5+ years of experience managing teams or leading cross-functional initiatives
Payments Expertise: Deep understanding of payment networks, card schemes, and digital payment solutions
Project Management Skills: Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for internal and external engagement
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to navigate complex business and technical challenges
Autonomous and motivated to drive cross collaboration to gain strategic alignment with strong strategic point of view to manage expectations with vendor partners
