Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to existing customers and leads as part of sales and service campaigns
Advise customers on suitable product upgrades and financial solutions
Perform calls ensuring compliant communication
Execute product upgrades and support customers through the decision process
Contact prospective customers to complete pending application steps and confirm commitment
Support additional sales or telemarketing activities as required
Meet personal and team performance targets including call handling quotas
Maintain records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents accurately
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and internal policies consistently
Qualification
Required
Fluent in German
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Strong focus on customer needs and understanding of how customers can behave
Clear and professional communication skills, problem-solving and active listening skills
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success
