Responsibilities
Deliver strategic insights, develop care delivery models, and support clients in navigating therapeutic area development challenges at a senior level
Support optimization of market development solutions aligned to organizational needs
Translate complex healthcare data into actionable insights, lead project teams, and advise clients on best practices for therapeutic area market development
Conduct in-depth research and analysis on healthcare policies, guidelines, standards of care, best practices, and access landscapes
Create client deliverables such as reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations in adherence with project timelines
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients on major engagements
Drive client discussions and provide strategic insights
Present findings and recommendations to clients
Maintain strong relationships with client teams
Identify new opportunities for client expansion
Lead and manage project scopes and timelines
Work closely with directors and cross-functional teams to execute projects
Partner with life sciences, medical affairs, health economics and outcomes research (HEOR), real-world evidence (RWE), analytics, and strategy teams
Collaborate with external stakeholders in health systems, partner organizations, professional societies, and advocacy organizations
Manage project budgets and contribute to financial planning
Identify cost efficiencies and process improvements
Mentor and develop junior team members, including consultants and analysts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field; or the equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience
5 - 7 years of relevant experience
Strong leadership and client management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication (both verbal and written), presentation, and facilitation skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to adapt and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Master's preferred
Experience in therapeutic areas including cardiovascular disease, oncology, chronic kidney disease, metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis, Alzheimer's Disease, and/or women's health preferred but not required
