Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of BAU projects, defining objectives, requirements, and success criteria with business partners
Develop and manage project plans with timelines, milestones, and budgets; monitor progress, risks, and dependencies to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (FINRA, SEC) and internal governance standards while maintaining quality and risk controls
Facilitate collaboration across internal teams and external vendors to align initiatives with business objectives and enhance client service
Deliver clear, executive-ready status reports and dashboards summarizing progress, KPIs, and key decisions
Track post-launch performance metrics, capture lessons learned, and implement continuous improvement strategies
Drive change management efforts, including adoption plans, training, and communication strategies to ensure smooth implementation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information systems, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or similar) preferred
PMP, CAPM, or other project management certification; Agile or Lean certifications are a plus
7+ years of project management experience in the wealth management, broker dealer, or financial services industry, demonstrating a track record of delivering complex initiatives on time and within budget
Strong knowledge of broker dealer operations, investment products, trading platforms, and regulatory requirements (FINRA, SEC)
Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of leading cross functional teams, influencing stakeholders, and presenting updates to executive leadership
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, client centric environment and adapt to evolving business needs and market conditions
