Qualification

Microsoft MTACompTIA A+Microsoft Enterprise Desktop SupportMacOS experienceTroubleshooting

Required

HS
6 mos related experience
Microsoft MTA : IT Infrastructure or CompTIA A+ certifications required within one year of hire date
Knowledge of Microsoft Enterprise Desktop Support
MacOS experience
Troubleshooting experience on various computing devices including workstations, laptops, mobile devices, printers, telephones, etc

Preferred

Associate degree
Specialized/technical experience such as drafting
Reading and understanding electrical schematics and technical manuals
Computer operations highly preferred
