Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery for Agile teams in a SAFe environment
Act as a Scrum Master with true PM accountability, not just facilitation
Drive release planning, weekend releases, and change management
Partner closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders
Lead Scrum ceremonies, PI Planning, and on-site Agile events
Proactively remove blockers and ensure delivery commitments are met
Coach teams while maintaining accountability in a fast-paced setting
Qualification
Required
Senior-level Scrum Master experience in enterprise Agile environments
Strong Project Management background with delivery ownership
Hands-on experience with SAFe Agile
Proven experience in Release Management and Change Management
Tools: Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow
Comfortable working in a high-pressure, high-visibility environment
Able to drive teams, hold stakeholders accountable, and push delivery forward
Willing and able to be onsite 3 days/week (Fort Mill, SC) and attend Scrum/PI events
Preferred
Financial Services experience (preferred, not required)
Prior experience as a Software Engineer or strong technical background
Experience supporting Custody, Clearing, Settlement, or Money Movement platforms
Background working within large enterprise Agile transformations
