Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain web, mobile, and enterprise applications
Lead application architecture, system design, and complex integrations
Build and maintain APIs and data integrations with ERP, CRM, and data platforms
Provide technical leadership and supervision to development staff
Review code and enforce quality, performance, and security standards
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production and performance issues
Maintain technical documentation (designs, integrations, data flows)
Support production systems and participate in on-call / incident response
Contribute to development standards and best practices
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional application development experience
Strong proficiency in modern languages/frameworks (C#, Java, JavaScript, etc.)
Strong experience with SQL and relational databases
Hands-on experience designing APIs and system integrations
Knowledge of secure application design and data protection practices
Preferred
Prior people leadership or supervisory experience
Experience with cloud platforms and distributed systems
Familiarity with enterprise environments and vendor-integrated systems
Exposure to Agile or structured SDLC methodologies
Public sector or large-scale enterprise experience
