Senior Manager, Project Manager - Credit Talent Strategy
Capital One is seeking a highly strategic and results-oriented Program Manager to lead their credit talent strategy work. This role will be critical in establishing and maintaining best practices and processes that drive the Credit Community's talent management.

Responsibilities
Partner with senior stakeholders in the credit community to understand the biggest challenges/ problem statements we have in developing and managing our credit talent
Partner with delivery stakeholders to set direction and vision for a multi channel approach to addressing those challenges and driving improvements through training and events
Transform our BAU accreditation and talent management processes to provide additional support and value for understanding, tracking and managing the pipeline of credit talent
Serve as the primary bridge between all stakeholders as it relates to our credit talent strategy
Oversee key credit talent management processes, ensuring they are executed timely and in a well managed manner
You’ll need to wear many hats including:

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
At Least 5 years of experience in portfolio or program management at the enterprise level
At least 2 years of people management experience
Preferred
5+ years leading program management for organizations that exceed 100 people
3+ years of people management experience
3+ years of gathering, analyzing, and reporting on data using Google Suite
PMP, CMP, Change management experience
