Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of 35-40 transactions/year from contract to close
Document, refine, and automate our workflows (currently Google Suite, Trello, Jotform, Asana)
Daily touch-points, negotiation support, problem-solving
Coordinate inspectors, contractors, lenders, title companies
Ensure zero-error contracts and documentation
Keep 30-40 simultaneous moving parts organized and on-deadline

Required

Exceptional attention to detail (six / seven figure contracts demand precision)
