Inside Sales Representative
Go Powertrain is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join their team. The role involves generating new leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services
Build and maintain relationships with customers through excellent customer service
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and market expansion
Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and sales progress
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust
Proven experience in technical sales or a related field
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
Ability to make outbound calls confidently and effectively
Strong negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets
Ability to relocate to Hinton, VA 22831 before starting work
Preferred
Proficiency in a CRM software
Previous experience in inside sales
