Full-time Audit and Accounting Analyst - Ft. Washington, PA
Eastern National is a not-for-profit partner of the National Park Service, operating stores at over 175 national park sites. They are seeking a full-time Audit and Accounting Analyst to manage inventory verification, support financial reporting, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities
Inventory and cost verification. This includes the reconciliation of inventory by location (cycle counts, negative inventory review, and valuation differences)
Monitoring the accuracy of data flowing between POS systems and ERP
Analyzing variances for key balance sheet and income statement accounts
Supporting monthly and year-end close activities, including schedules needed for the year-end audit
Operational Evaluation Management (internal store audits). This includes scheduling, preparation, and performance of operational management at store locations and remotely ensuring store compliance with company policies, ensuring accurate financial reporting including cash and inventory handling
Compiling findings, conducting analysis or trends, recommending corrective actions and communicating these findings to the CFO, managers, and Training Specialist
Monitoring the files and documents on SharePoint to ensure easy retrieval
Administering the SharePoint website for the Finance department
Maintaining an accurate record of transactions
Following policies and procedures to ensure record retention compliance and confidentiality of organizational material
Assisting the CFO with periodic adhoc assignments consistent with role
Qualification
Required
3 years' experience is required
