Responsibilities
Capture raw photo and video content according to the monthly content plan provided by Terra Collective
Visit client job sites, offices, and project locations in the Annapolis area as needed (must have reliable transportation)
Follow brand direction and shot lists to ensure consistency in style and storytelling
Upload and organize content into shared folders in a timely manner after each shoot
Communicate proactively with Terra Collective’s internal team about scheduling, deliverables, and any on-site needs
Maintain a high standard of quality in footage — stable shots, proper framing, clean audio when needed, attention to detail
Represent Terra Collective professionally while on-site with client teams or homeowners
Qualification
Required
Based in or near Annapolis, Maryland with reliable transportation
1+ year of content creation experience (can include school, freelance, portfolio work, or past internships)
Strong understanding of iPhone videography, lighting, framing, composition, and capturing smooth, stable footage
Highly organized with the ability to manage content files, meet deadlines, and follow structured plans
Responsible, timely, and dependable — you must be comfortable coordinating shoot times and staying in communication
Comfortable visiting construction sites, offices, and homes to capture content as needed
Ability to take direction from the content plan and execute independently
Preferred
Familiarity with real estate, interior design, or construction content
Experience using tools like Google Drive, Notion, or Dropbox
