Responsibilities
Perform hands-on inspections while standing and moving throughout production and warehouse areas
Lift and or move materials weighing up to 25 pounds as needed to support inspection activities
Work regularly with fabric, finished goods, and inspection tools in a hands-on environment
Conduct visual inspections to identify defects, color variations, or inconsistencies
Follow established quality standards, procedures, and safety guidelines
Support daily production and distribution operations through reliable attendance and punctuality
Maintain organized work and inspection areas
Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
Qualification
Required

Strong attention to detail and visual inspection skills
Ability to accurately document findings and follow established procedures
Good organizational skills and the ability to maintain orderly work areas
Dependable attendance, consistent punctuality, and effective time management in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication skills for reporting quality concerns
Ability to work collaboratively across departments
Basic to intermediate computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office such as Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
Preferred
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Six months or more of quality inspection or quality-related experience preferred, with one year of warehouse or production experience preferred
Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification within one month of hire
Basic understanding of quality inspection concepts or the ability to learn quickly
