Responsibilities

Lead live product demonstrations for enterprise prospects, including complex automation workflows
Run technical discovery and qualify solution fit
Design and execute tailored proofs of concept aligned to customer environments and use cases
Translate technical requirements into clear business value for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Address technical questions and objections throughout the enterprise sales cycle
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to share customer feedback and demo insights
Maintain and improve demo environments, technical documentation, and solution materials

Required

Three or more years in a customer facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Technical Consultant
Experience supporting enterprise SaaS sales cycles
Strong understanding of the software development and testing lifecycle
Familiarity with test automation concepts, tools, or frameworks
Proven experience delivering live demos to technical and business audiences
Strong communication skills and a consultative approach with customers

Preferred

Background in QA or test automation
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, APIs, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
Exposure to enterprise security, compliance, or governance requirements
