Customer Success Manager
Glocap Tech is a fast-growing AI start-up company transforming the way enterprises handle millions of B2C transactions. The Enterprise Customer Success Manager will own the full post-sale lifecycle for enterprise accounts, serving as the primary technical and strategic partner for clients and driving customer success initiatives.
Responsibilities
Own the full post-sale lifecycle for about 20 enterprise accounts, including onboarding, implementation, optimization, renewal, and expansion
Serve as the primary technical and strategic partner for clients, leading complex integrations, product configurations, and issue resolution
Build authentic, trust-based relationships with stakeholders including C-suite executives and travel on-site to ensure business impact
Partner with Sales to support evaluations and with Product to translate client needs into roadmap feedback
Configure the AI platform to solve client problems and deliver measurable outcomes in your vertical
Use data to demonstrate ROI, operational improvement, or patient experience enhancement
Act as a player-coach, scaling the Customer Success function within 6 months by hiring, mentoring, and empowering a high-performing team
Collaborate with Marketing to amplify customer wins and build a community of champions
Qualification
Required
5+ years in enterprise Customer Success, account management, or technical implementations in B2B software or SaaS
Experience managing complex enterprise accounts and large-scale implementations
Technical aptitude to lead integrations and advise clients on product configurations
Startup experience, ideally having scaled a CS function from 10+ clients to hundreds
