This role involves implementing creative marketing strategies to promote UCS programs and services, as well as managing social media and producing promotional materials.

Responsibilities

Works with the Director of Marketing & Media to develop a comprehensive marketing plan to drive awareness, interest, and participation in UCS programs, initiatives, and events
Designs, edits, and produces all creative promotional collateral
Manages social media and all other media
Reports on marketing success and opportunities
Uses multiple formats to market events, social media, and related materials
Produces reports based on data collected on marketing initiatives
Actively participates in UCS events and actives
Performs other related duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or another related field and two years of related experience or a combination of education and related experience

Preferred

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple digital projects simultaneously
Experience with graphic design and other marketing platforms
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines with minimal supervision
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and to work effectively with diverse constituencies and across administrative lines
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite and other creative software
Experience utilizing social media tools including applications and analytics in a business setting
