Platform Design & Configuration: Designing, building and to align with ITIL processes and business requirements
Workflow Automation: Developing and enhancing automated workflows for efficiency (e.g., Service Request, Incident, Change Management)
Integrations: Connecting Ivanti with other IT systems (CMDB, Asset Management) for seamless data flow and comprehensive insights
Security & Access Management: Managing user roles, permissions, and access rights within the platform
Technical Support: Providing advanced support and troubleshooting for Ivanti-related issues
Documentation: Maintaining clear documentation for configurations, processes, and upgrades
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partnering with IT teams, Service Desk, and business units to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet needs
Qualification
Required
Ivanti Subject Matter Expert
Designing, building and aligning with ITIL processes and business requirements
Developing and enhancing automated workflows for efficiency (e.g., Service Request, Incident, Change Management)
Connecting Ivanti with other IT systems (CMDB, Asset Management) for seamless data flow and comprehensive insights
Managing user roles, permissions, and access rights within the platform
Providing advanced support and troubleshooting for Ivanti-related issues
Maintaining clear documentation for configurations, processes, and upgrades
Partnering with IT teams, Service Desk, and business units to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet needs
