Responsibilities
Design and contribute to features that enhance the Machine Identity Cloud platform
Build and maintain backend services using Java and Golang, including business logic, integrations, and GraphQL APIs
Develop and maintain frontend applications using TypeScript, React, and MUI X
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across distributed services within the Machine Identity Security platform
Drive continuous improvement of development workflows, tooling, and engineering best practices
Participate in the team’s paid on call rotation to ensure platform reliability and availability for users
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional software development experience, ideally across both backend and frontend systems
Strong background building modern, scalable backend and/or web applications
Hands on experience with: Frontend: TypeScript, React, GraphQL, MUI X; Backend: Java, Golang, PostgreSQL
A genuine interest in working across the full stack — from API design to UI/UX implementation
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset
Ability and desire to quickly learn new technologies and develop deep domain expertise in machine identity security
Preferred
Knowledge of x509, PKI, and certificate issuance protocols (e.g., ACME, SCEP) is a strong plus
