Responsibilities

Source and identify experienced, licensed real estate agents as well as new licensees to join our brokerage
Utilize various recruiting methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry connections
Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and fit with our company culture
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates
Act as an ambassador for Rogers Healy and Associates, promoting our company culture, values, and benefits to potential candidates
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Project a positive image of the organization to agents, clients, industry, and the community

Qualification

Required

Superior written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with candidates
Excellent social media etiquette
Ability to work effectively and efficiently while maintaining strong attention to detail
Advanced organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects
Skilled in building and maintaining professional relationships within the industry to identify and attract top talent
Ability to set personal goals and consistently achieve them without direct supervision
Client Relationship Management software experience

Preferred

Texas real estate license
1-2 years of sales and/or recruiting experience
