Data Integration Project Manager - Washington, D.C.
Serco is a leading contractor supporting the US Navy, and they are seeking a Data Integration Project Manager based in Washington, D.C. to manage large Data Analytics acquisition and storage related contracts for the Maritime Industrial Base.

Responsibilities
Assist in engaging as a liaison to the government with understanding and oversight of various Data Analytics related contracts to include interfacing with contracted Data partners to the MIB
Working with numerous contracted data support to ensure success in integration of vast amounts of data related to the Maritime Industrial Base
Manage, assist, and work with the contracted data organizations partnered with the MIB
Be responsible for working alongside the MIB lines of effort to ensure that data collection is relevant and accessible to users within the MIB
Provide feedback, insights, and recommendations to the Data Team and MIB leadership about ongoing progress of contracted efforts and next steps
Using your experience and Cyber and AI leader expertise, provide support, as needed, to all government and contractor support personnel
Professionally collaborate with contracted data organizations
Research, analyze and provide recommendations on possible courses of action on multiple topics
Provide feedback, reports, and build connections between the contracted data organizations, MIB Data Team, and upper MIB leadership
Qualification
Required
An Active or Current DoD Secret Clearance
US Citizenship
A Bachelor's degree
8 years of experience
5 years of Program Management experience
Experience with Cyber and Data Acquisition industry
Demonstrated ability to work with senior management (GS-15+/Flag Level)
An advanced proficiency with MS Office to include Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Teams
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment accepting emergent tasking with little to no supervision and/or direction
Ability to work well within a time sensitive environment
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Proficiency in preparing, selecting, organizing, and presenting information concisely
Able to work both independently and within large team environments
Balance a myriad of taskers and be able to prioritize
Understand the challenges and dynamics of remote work
Discretion in performing specified work requirements
Outstanding written and oral communication skills to communicate effectively and build strong working relationships with a vast team of diverse professionals
Attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines, as well as work independently and with sufficient knowledge to present projects to senior management
Ability to travel 10% of the time
Preferred
A Master's degree Certificate in Cyber Security
