Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and medical staff to understand needs and present appropriate product solutions
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through inbound and outbound sales efforts, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking
Maintain deep knowledge of the product portfolio, industry trends, and competitor offerings
Prepare sales forecasts, activity reports, and performance metrics for management
Provide exceptional customer support by resolving inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction
Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to align strategies and drive business growth
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare industries
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
