Responsibilities
Architect, build, and scale core backend systems that power document intelligence and VLM-driven workflows
Own production infrastructure holistically, including deployments, monitoring, performance, and reliability
Design and operate high-throughput, low-latency services in real-world production environments
Lead systems through the full lifecycle, from R&D to production to enterprise scale
Build and maintain cloud and on-premise deployments using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm for enterprise customers
Qualification
Required
Proven experience building, scaling, and operating production-grade systems
Strong backend engineering background (Python required; experience with C++ or Rust is a significant plus)
Solid experience designing and working with distributed systems, including microservices, parallel processing, queues, and caching layers
Deep familiarity with modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Hands-on experience with containerization, orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code tools, including Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and tools like Terraform or Pulumi
Preferred
Experience in Quantitative Finance is a huge +
