Responsibilities

Ability to Cross Train across MICRA cells and willingness to be deployed where business needs
Can load and Unload Assembly Equipment
Material Handler (pacing)
Able to meet the acceptable time standards for operations
Actively involved in problem solving
Verify settings at startup
Perform finer assembly skills including microscopes
Perform final inspections/testing
Experience working in a clean room manufacturing environment
Hands on, self-reliant, and strong attention to detail
Team player with high personal motivation
Work with minimal direction
High awareness of the importance of quality and safety
Excellent communication skills and a team focused work ethic
Experience was fast production ramp-ups
Basic-to-advanced computer literacy skills

Required

Requires a minimum of 1 year of experience and may require vocational or technical education or certification in addition to prior work experience
