Lease Administration Coordinator

Responsibilities
Assist in the end-to-end administration of leasing workflows, from initial offer letters to fully executed agreements
Support timely and accurate documentation of lease terms, move-in/move-out schedules, and renewals in the internal system
Collaborate with the leasing team to troubleshoot process delays and ensure a high-quality applicant experience
Project manage marketing reviews of aged assets and marketing efficacy
Serve as a primary point of contact for residents approaching renewal, providing timely information and guidance on next steps
Ensure all renewal communications are clear, proactive, and aligned with brand voice and resident expectations
Partner with the renewals team to track lease expirations and support retention goals
Assist in the creation, testing, and refinement of leasing and renewal email campaigns, templates, and outreach strategies
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment between communication strategy and leasing performance goals
Analyze response trends and feedback to continuously optimize resident-facing messaging
Support Senior Leadership with special projects related to marketing, lease-up strategy, data reporting, and resident engagement
Contribute to the development and execution of process improvements, playbooks, and operational documentation
Participate in cross-departmental initiatives to enhance the end-to-end leasing experience
Provide guidance and support to project and team members on initiatives
Be a flexible resource for ad-hoc needs across the leasing operations team, including reporting, audit support, file reviews, and policy documentation
Assist in onboarding new leasing tools, templates, and workflows as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Real Estate license or ability to obtain your license within 6-months
Proven experience in a high-volume sales and operational role; ideally within the SFR space
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations
