Responsibilities

Lead workers’ compensation quality and compliance strategy across intake, investigation, medical management, RTW, and jurisdictional requirements
Ensure consistent application of California Workers’ Compensation regulations, identifying risks, trends, and compliance gaps
Establish audit frameworks, QA standards, and performance metrics to improve claim quality and outcomes
Partner with Claims, Legal, Risk, Finance, and Technology to drive process improvements and corrective actions

Required

Extensive experience in workers' compensation claims operations, with required expertise in California Workers' Compensation

Ability to analyze claim data, identify trends, and influence senior leaders through clear, actionable insights
