Responsibilities
Analyze financial performance by collection, monitoring and studying data
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and dashboards
Create and maintain complex financial models to support forecasting, budgeting and long term planning
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess financial implications of business decisions
Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
Provide recommendations to management based on financial analysis and projections
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting systems
Detail oriented with good organizational skills to balance multiple tasks in a time sensitive atmosphere; manage multiple requirements and meet stringent deadlines
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
5 years of experience in accounting, corporate finance or related role; healthcare experience strongly preferred with priority to experience within the Ambulatory Surgery Center management
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (AP and accounting software)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
Strong communication and presentation abilities
Must be a self-starter, motivated and take initiative onsite with clients and independently in a home office
Team player, great attitude and willingness to assist colleague's when needed
Preferred
Healthcare experience strongly preferred with priority to experience within the Ambulatory Surgery Center management
