Required
3 years required in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Reporting
Proficient in SAP EC/ECP data flows and structures
Experience working in Scrum/Agile teams
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll or SAP ABAP certification
Experience with robotic process automation or AI driven data validation tools
Prior experience supporting large scale transformation programs
Functional requirements, design, test, and deployment of SAP ABAP reports, SAP BW queries, and/or visualizations in Power BI/Tableau that meet functional and regulatory requirements
Data validation and quality assurance
