OCHIN is a nonprofit leader in health care innovation, seeking a Certified Epic Willow Ambulatory (Pharmacy) Solutions Analyst to support its mission. This role involves resolving complex technical issues, optimizing processes, and implementing innovative solutions while collaborating with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality by building, testing, and maintaining features according to specifications and requirements, while ensuring clear documentation for usability and future reference
Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve complex technical issues using critical thinking and advanced technical skills to ensure optimal system performance and end-user satisfaction
Collaborate across departments to support project implementations and address member maintenance issues
Drive documentation and knowledge sharing by creating and optimizing technical documentation to support process improvement and alignment across cross-functional teams
Skill development and competency growth in technical design, analysis, and system enhancements
Other duties as assigned

Required

Minimum of 3 years of experience certified Willow Ambulatory Pharmacy with a minimum of 2-years of full build experience is required
Work history in Healthcare IT is required
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
10% Travel is required for this position
Prior to moving forward to the team interview, all candidates are required to complete a 50–60-minute competency assessment

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree preferred or a combination of college education and 5-7 years of relevant experience
5 or more years certified of Willow Ambulatory Pharmacy full department build experience is preferred
