Deal readiness, due diligence, etc
Financial modeling/FP&A
Right hand to CFO & Director, providing data-driven insights to investors and telling story
Collaborate with operations, commercial, and functional leaders
Prepare executive-level reporting packages and presentations for the Board, private equity sponsors, and lenders
Translate financial performance into clear narratives
Interact with PE owners on a daily basis
Qualification
Required
4–10 years of progressive Finance & sell side Transaction experience, ideally with a start in Investment Banking or Private Equity
Worked at or with PE Portfolio companies
Advanced financial modeling and analysis
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior executives, Board members, and investors
Manufacturing/Energy/Engineering/Infrastructure industry experience required
