Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of E-commerce Buyers, setting clear performance expectations, providing coaching, and fostering a collaborative, results-driven culture
Build and manage strong supplier relationships, leading negotiations on pricing, terms, and supply commitments
Oversee buying, replenishment, and approval decisions to support sales needs while managing inventory risk
Partner closely with Sales, Warehouse, Operations, and Finance to ensure smooth execution
Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to pricing, availability, and delivery
Continuously improve sourcing, approval, and replenishment workflows

Required

Experience managing or mentoring team members
5+ years of experience in E-commerce, wholesale, sourcing, procurement, or buying, or a strong background in business functions such as sales, finance, or HR where you drove team performance
Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills
Comfort working with ERP systems and basic reporting tools
Bachelor's degree required

Preferred

Bilingual in Mandarin preferred
Experience with Oracle NetSuite a plus
