They are seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to manage office operations, provide administrative support, and coordinate onboarding and events.

Responsibilities
Serving as the front desk point of contact – answering phones, greeting guests, and handling incoming/outgoing mail
Providing administrative support across departments, including data entry, Payroll processing, AP/AR processing, and maintaining confidential information
Coordinating onboarding for new hires and helping with employee events and celebrations
Assisting with meeting prep, event logistics, and general office management tasks
Coordinating travel schedules for employees as needed for projects out of town
Qualification
Required
5 + years of administrative or office support experience
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Great organizational and time management abilities
A professional, adaptable, and team-focused mindset
Preferred
Experience in the construction or contracting industry
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
Experience with Workday
